My best 1/2 marathon time was 1:48, the Bellingham Bay 1/2. Getting ready to beat that one!! (: Short-Term Running Goals: I expect to keep my word and qualify for Boston! Long-Term Running Goals: Run the Boston Marathon and compete in a 1/2 Iron man, then run for fun! Personal: Just moved from New Orleans to Colorado Springs Col. I have two very cute and fun four legged running partners! Love the trail running in Colorado! And the cool temp! So much easier to run in than the La humidity! |

| | Did P90X AB ripper and 30 mins. of Yoga; Accomplished 2 pull ups!! Run felt great, if it hadn't started to get too hot I would have run another lap which would have made my total mileage 21. The humidity and heat are killer, seems to just drain any extra energy you might have! | Add Comment |

| | Ran with Lissa, super humid this morning! Pace average quite slow, but considering the heat, don't feel too bad; Pace average 9:20. | Add Comment |
| | Ran with Lissa this morning; Hot and humid of course! Average pace was 8:37 with fast pace of 7:45. So not too bad considering the heat! After our run I took the dogs to the levee and walked 2 miles. Good run. | Comments(1) |
