I have two very cute and fun four legged running partners! Love the trail running in Colorado! And the cool temp! So much easier to run in than the La humidity! |

Ran 8 miles with my friend. I can't remember what our pace was! Just trying to catch up on keeping track of miles and pace! | Add Comment |
| | Ran 4 miles in the parking garage with my friend to get some hills in. Went to the gym with my husband and did 3 miles of speed work on the treadmill. Very difficult to run on the treadmill but still feels great to run! | Add Comment |

| | Ran with Kristel and Sue did 4 miles then another 3 with Kristel and we sped things up a bit! Nice run, despite my junk food weight that I was carry'n around with me! | | No running this week. Pulled my anterior tibialis I am pretty sure. Took off the last couple days and tried to run this morning and didn't even make it one minute. Don't want to make things worse and "run through it", I know this one isn't going away with-out some time off unfortunately! Sorry Kristel! Next week though we will get in our 50! | | Hit the gym today, did eliptylce and bike. Leg feels much better but not quite healed enough to run. One maybe two more days and I should be good. Lifted weights with my husband and he killed me! Hit the road again, after taking some time off. Took dogs to Mississippi for a little run. Was great! Leg was sore, but not unbearable.
